April 20: Frozen Head State Park: Panther Branch and North Old Mac trails, 6 miles, rated moderate. Leave from Oak Ridge Books-A-Million, 9:30 a.m. Leader: Tim Ryan, timr51@comcast.net

April 20: Cumberland Mountain State Park, 5 miles, rated easy. Leave from Roane County High School in Kingston at 8:30 a.m. Bring money for buffet lunch at Park restaurant. Leader: Jeannette Gilbert, corsica111@att.net

April 27: Mill Creek Falls (Off trail), 7 miles, rated moderately difficult. Leave from Alcoa Food City at 7 a.m. Leader: Lois Esmark, misse711@aol.com
